This page explains, in plain language, how sweepstakes on Gains.com work: how anyone can enter for free, how we process mail-in entries, and the standards we hold ourselves to. Gains.com is owned and operated by GamerGains Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation headquartered in Miami, Florida. We are an American company that employs an entirely American workforce of U.S. citizens, serving U.S. players under U.S. law. We are accountable in the states we operate in, and this page is part of that accountability.
🪙 Two currencies, one simple rule
Gold Coins (GC) are for fun. They can be purchased and have no cash value.
Sweeps Coins (SC) are sweepstakes entries. SC is never sold, at any price. You receive SC free: as a bonus with a Gold Coin purchase, through the Daily Claim, through giveaways and promotions, through VIP rewards, or by mailing in a free entry. See Can I Get Free Sweeps Coins? for every free path.
✉️ Mail-in entry, step by step
Anyone can receive SC by mailing a handwritten postcard with a free Postal Request Code generated in their account. Full instructions live in AMOE and Postcard Entries and in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
What happens to your card after you mail it:
Receipt. Your envelope and card are scanned and stored the day they arrive.
Matching. Our system reads the card, matches your code, and verifies the postmark. This is automated.
Crediting. Your SC is credited and you are notified by email, within ten (10) business days of receipt.
Every entry we receive on time is honored. An entry is never voided because of our own processing time, and every rejection has a stated reason.
⚖️ Free entries are equal entries
SC from a mail-in entry is identical to SC received with a purchase: the same games, the same odds, the same 1x playthrough, and the same redemption rights. Our systems keep one SC balance and do not treat SC differently based on how you earned it. Game odds are set by each game's certified math and cannot change based on whether you have ever made a purchase.
🧾 Redemption limits
We apply a $5,000 maximum daily redemption limit to every account, in every state. Amounts above the daily limit are never forfeited. They stay in your balance and can be redeemed on following days. Identity verification is required before any redemption. See Redemption Limits for details.
🛡️ Verification and fairness
18+ only. Age and identity are verified before redemption through a regulated-market verification provider.
One account per person.
Location checks enforce state eligibility. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited. See State Availability for the current list.
Game fairness. Games come from licensed studios with independently certified RNG.
Play controls. Self-exclusion and account closure are available directly inside the app, any time.
📋 We keep the receipts
Every SC grant, play, and redemption is recorded in an auditable ledger with its source. Every mail-in entry is imaged and retained with its full processing history. This standard is reviewed quarterly with counsel.
