Redemptions follow a few simple limits. Here's everything you need to know before you redeem your Sweeps Coins (SC).
How Often Can I Redeem?
You can make 1 redemption per day. The daily limit resets every day at 8:00 PM ET — once the reset time passes, you're able to submit your next redemption.
Minimum and Maximum
Each redemption has a minimum of 100 SC and a maximum of 5,000 SC.
Your SC Must Clear Playthrough First
Only SC that has cleared its playthrough requirement is eligible for redemption. Different types of SC carry different playthrough multiples, so some of your balance may still be locked even if you're above the 100 SC minimum. For the full breakdown by SC type, see Playthrough Requirement.
How Redemptions Are Processed
Most redemptions are approved automatically — often within seconds — and the payout is sent right away (debit card and Venmo usually arrive in 5–15 minutes).
