Payment methods we support for purchases and redemptions

Supported Payment Methods on Gains.com

We offer a variety of secure, flexible payment methods for both purchases and redemptions to make your experience smooth and seamless.

💸 Purchases

You can make purchases on Gains, Gold Coin packages or Gains Shop merchandise in Merch Mode states, using the following methods:

  1. Apple Pay – Fast and secure for users who have Apple Pay. Supported on web and mobile.

  2. Google Pay – Convenient payment via Android devices or Chrome.

  3. Cryptocurrency – Supports BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, and USDT. (See our crypto payment article for network details.)

  4. Credit and Debit Cards – We currently support Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

All purchases that include a Sweeps Coin (SC) bonus will have the bonus delivered automatically once your payment is complete.

In Merch Mode states, coin purchases are not offered. Instead, you can purchase official Gains merchandise in the Gains Shop using card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and the free Sweeps Coins included with your order are credited automatically when your payment completes. Please note: "Buy Now, Pay Later" services (such as Klarna or Affirm) and Cash Advance services are not accepted on Gains.com. Any purchase made with one of these services will be refunded in full, and any winnings generated will be debited from your account.

💰 Redemptions

Players can make 1 redemption per day, which resets at 8:00 PM ET. There is a minimum of 100 SC and a maximum of 5,000 SC per redemption. Most redemptions are approved automatically within seconds; some are held briefly for a standard review (see Why Is My Redemption Under Review?). Once your Sweeps Coins are eligible for redemption, you can choose from the following payout methods:

  1. Instant Bank Transfer to Debit Card (USA Only)

    • Typically processed within 30 minutes of approval.

    • 2.5% fee applies.

    • Personal accounts only: redemptions can't be sent to a debit card linked to a business bank account and will fail every time. Use a debit card linked to a personal bank account.

  2. ACH Bank Transfer (USA Only)

    • Typically processed within 3-5 business days of approval.

    • Direct to your bank account.

    • 1% fee applies.

  3. Crypto Redemption (available in every supported country)

    • Crypto redemptions are paid out as USDC on the Solana network, regardless of which asset you purchased with.

    • Solana USDC redemptions typically process within minutes of approval.

    • We do not support crypto-to-crypto swaps on redemptions.

    • 2% fee applies.

  4. Venmo Redemptions

    • Typically processed within ~30 minutes of approval.

    • Direct to your Venmo account.

    • Requires a phone number linked to your Venmo account.

    • 2.5% fee applies.
