Most redemptions on Gains.com are approved automatically and paid out fast — many players never see a review at all. A smaller number are placed under review before they're processed. Here's how to tell which is which, and what to expect.
Most redemptions are fast and automatic
The majority of redemptions are approved automatically, often within seconds of submitting — there's no manual step and nothing you need to do. Once approved, your payout is sent right away using the method you chose:
Debit card & Venmo: usually arrive within 5–15 minutes.
Crypto (USDC on Solana): typically processes within minutes.
Standard bank transfer (ACH): can take a few business days, depending on your bank.
If you've already submitted and your payout hasn't arrived yet, it's most likely on its way on one of the timelines above.
Why some redemptions show "Under Review"
A smaller number of redemptions are placed under review before they're processed. This happens for security and compliance reasons, and it is not a sign that anything is wrong with your account or your request. If yours shows as under review, it simply needs a quick look before the payout is sent.
How long does a review take?
Most reviews are completed within a day, and many much sooner — though some can take longer. Once your redemption is approved, you'll be notified and your payout proceeds automatically at the normal speed for your chosen method. There's nothing extra you need to do.
If we need anything from you
Sometimes, for security and compliance, we may need a little additional verification before a redemption can be completed. If that's the case, we'll send instructions directly to the email address linked to your Gains.com account — please check both your inbox and your spam/junk folder. Completing those steps promptly is the fastest way to get your redemption moving. For more, see Account Verification. If the required verification documents are not submitted within 72 hours, the redemption request will be automatically canceled. To avoid this, ensure you upload the requested documents promptly via the portal. Additionally, if your payment method requires verification, you may need to upload a recent bank statement (PDF) showing your full name, address, and the account associated with your payment method.
Redemption limits
You can make 1 redemption per day, which resets at 8:00 PM ET. The minimum is 100 SC and the maximum is 5,000 SC per redemption. Sweeps Coins obtained exclusively through Daily Claim Bonuses are also subject to a total lifetime redemption cap of US$100 per participant. Once this limit is reached, any additional amount above the cap will be debited from your account, and pending redemptions above 100 SC will be canceled. Additionally, winnings generated solely from Sweeps Coins obtained through the Daily Bonus are subject to a total lifetime redemption cap of US$100 per participant. Any amount above this cap is not eligible for redemption, and pending redemptions over the limit may be canceled with only the eligible amount processed.
