Why Verification Matters

There are two main reasons we ask players to verify their accounts:

  1. State compliance — As a social sweepstakes casino, we only allow gameplay from users in approved U.S. states. Verification confirms you're physically located in an eligible state and not a restricted one.

  2. Age requirements — All players must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Verification helps ensure no underage users access the platform.

The Two Checks

Depending on your account, you may be asked to complete one or both before certain redemptions:

  • Identity (KYC) verification — confirms who you are using a government-issued ID, powered by Persona. You'll be prompted automatically when you click Redeem.

  • Payment verification — confirms that the payment method on your account belongs to you.

What Happens If I Don't Verify?
