Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) – Postcard Instructions & Processing Times
Gains.com offers a completely free and legal alternative method of entry (AMOE) to receive Sweeps Coins without making a purchase. Here’s how it works — and how long it may take to process your request.
✍️ How to Submit an AMOE Postcard
To request Sweeps Coins through the mail, please refer to our Sweepstakes Rules. Here's a quick summary:
Log into your Gains.com account
Go to the Lobby and click "Postal Request Code" to generate a unique 12-digit code
On a standard postcard or white paper (4”x6”, unlined, unfolded), handwrite the following:
Your full name (as shown on your government-issued ID)
Your email address associated with your Gains account
Your registered residential address
Your unique 12-digit Postal Request Code
The statement requesting free Sweeps Coins, e.g.:
“I wish to receive Sweeps Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by Gains.com. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Gains.com Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules.”
Place this inside a stamped #10 envelope
Mail it to the address listed within the instructions shown when generating your code
GamerGains Labs, Inc
25 SE 2nd Ave Ste 550
#802
Miami, FL 33131
🔁 You may submit as many AMOE requests as you like, but only one request per envelope is allowed. Each code is valid for 90 days.
⏱️ Processing Times
We process AMOE requests as promptly as possible
During normal volume, your Sweeps Coins will typically be credited within 60 business days of receipt
However, during peak periods, processing may take several weeks
You will be notified via email once your Sweeps Coins have been added to your account
Note: All SC received through AMOE are valid for 60 days from the award date
⚠️ Important Reminders
The envelope must be mailed from the same U.S. state as your registered residential address
Handwritten entries only — typed, scanned, or copied cards will be rejected
Illegible or incomplete entries may be voided
If you misuse the AMOE system, your account may be subject to review or restrictions
