Whether you can get back into your account depends on what you set up. Here's how each one works.
If you closed your account
Closing your account is permanent and can't be reversed — the account and the data tied to it are removed, and any remaining balance is gone. We generally can't restore a closed account. See How to Close Your Account.
If you set a Timeout or Self-Exclusion
A Timeout or Self-Exclusion pauses your account for the period you chose and then unlocks automatically when that period ends. It can't be lifted early — by you or by our team — by design, so the break stays meaningful. When the period is over, just log back in. See Taking a Break or Self-Excluding.
Chose the wrong option, or closed by accident?
Because closures are permanent and breaks can't be shortened, it's best to reach out before you act if you're unsure which is right for you. If you've already closed your account, we generally won't be able to bring it back.
