If you'd like to permanently close your Gains.com account, you can request it yourself from Settings → Self-Exclusion (gains.com/settings/self-exclusion). Please read this first — closing your account is permanent.
Before you close your account
Closing your account is irreversible. When you close it:
Your account is permanently closed and the data tied to it is deleted.
Any remaining balance is removed, with no option to recover it — so be sure to redeem any eligible Sweeps Coins first (once all playthrough requirements have been met).
Some data may be retained for compliance and audit purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you only want a break
If you're not sure you want to close permanently, consider a Timeout or Self-Exclusion instead — both pause your account for a set period and then unlock automatically, with no permanent loss of your account. See Taking a Break or Self-Excluding.
How to close your account
Log in, go to Settings → Self-Exclusion, and select Close Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, the closure is permanent.
