What are Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins?

Gold Coins (GC): Used for entertainment only and have no cash value.

Sweeps Coins (SC): Can be used to win real prizes after meeting playthrough requirements.

How do I get more Sweeps Coins? You can earn SC through bonuses, promotions, creator drops, AMOE mail-ins, and as a bonus with GC purchases.

What is the playthrough requirement? Most SC carries a playthrough requirement before it becomes eligible for redemption — typically 1× for SC from a purchase, with higher requirements for some bonus SC. What payment methods are accepted? We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, USDT).

How do I redeem prizes? Once your SC becomes eligible, you can redeem via:

How does the VIP program work? You earn VIP status based on total gameplay. Higher tiers unlock perks like rakeback, claim boosts, bonuses, VIP support, and more.

What is rakeback? It's a percentage of your play returned to you. Claim it anytime on the VIP Program page.

When do I get my VIP bonus? Monthly bonuses are given randomly, typically in the first week of each month. Elite players also receive weekly bonuses.
