What is Gains.com?
A next-gen U.S.-based social sweepstakes casino where you can play with Gold Coins for fun or Sweeps Coins for a chance to win real prizes — no purchase necessary.
Is Gains legal?
Yes! We operate under a sweepstakes model that is legal in most U.S. states. However, availability differs in some states.
What states are restricted?
Gains is not available at all in: Idaho, Michigan, and Washington. In California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee, Gains is available in Gold Coins only mode — you can play with Gold Coins for fun, but Sweeps Coins gameplay and redemptions are not available, and purchases include Gold Coins only. Why do I only see Gold Coins?
If you're located in a Gold Coins only state, Sweeps Coins features don't appear. This is required by state law and is not an error or a temporary outage. Full access is restored when you're physically located in a full-access state.

What are Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins?
Gold Coins (GC): Used for entertainment only and have no cash value.
Sweeps Coins (SC): Can be used to win real prizes after meeting playthrough requirements.
How do I get more Sweeps Coins?
You can earn SC through bonuses, promotions, creator drops, AMOE mail-ins, and as a bonus with GC purchases.
What is the playthrough requirement?
Most SC carries a playthrough requirement before it becomes eligible for redemption — typically 1× for SC from a purchase, with higher requirements for some bonus SC. See our Playthrough Requirement article for the full breakdown.

How do I redeem prizes?
Once your SC becomes eligible, you can redeem via:
Instant bank transfer to debit card (2.5% fee)
ACH transfer (1% fee)
Venmo (2.5% fee)
Crypto — paid out as USDC on Solana (2% fee)

🔐 Security & Verification
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes — KYC is required before redeeming any prizes. You can start verification by clicking the Redeem button.
What if I lose access to my 2FA or email?
Email support@gains.com with your name, the email on your account, and your phone number on file, and we'll match it to your verification records. Please do not email photos of your ID. See Recover Your Gains.com Account for the full steps.

How does the VIP program work?
You earn VIP Points when you play games with Sweeps Coins and climb 21 levels across 7 tiers, from Iron to Elite. Every level pays a one-time level-up reward, and higher tiers unlock a bigger Daily Bonus, Rakeback, and a Weekly Bonus. See Gains VIP: How the Program Works.
What is Rakeback?
A percentage of your play returned to you on every game round, win or lose. It builds up automatically, and you can claim it anytime on your VIP page. See VIP Daily Bonus and Rakeback.
When do I get my VIP bonuses?
Level-up rewards appear on your VIP page as soon as you reach a new level and never expire. The Weekly Bonus (Bronze and up) arrives every Monday and must be claimed before the following Monday. The Daily Bonus unlocks every 24 hours. See VIP Weekly Bonus and VIP Level-Up Rewards.
