Email address
The email address on a Gains account is permanent. Once an account is created, the email can't be changed by you or by our support team, and there is no setting in the app or on the website to edit it. Your email is tied to your identity verification and your account history, so it stays with the account for life.

Name
You can't edit your name in the app or on the website. If the name on your account is misspelled or needs to be corrected to match your ID, contact support through Max and ask for a name correction. Tell us exactly what you would like your full name to say, and a member of our team will make the change for you. There is nothing to update in your settings.
Date of birth
Your date of birth also can't be edited in the app or on the website. If it is wrong, contact support through Max, tell us the correct date of birth, and our team will update it for you. It must match your government-issued ID.
