There are two places to buy official Gains merch, and they work differently.

Available inside the app and on Gains.com in merch states. You check out with your account, every purchase comes with free Sweeps Coins, and your orders appear in Shop, then Orders. Support is right here in the Messenger.

A regular online store, open to anyone. No account is needed and purchases do not include Sweeps Coins. It is just the gear.

Orders do not appear in your Gains.com account. Look them up on shop.gains.com with your order number and checkout email.

Receipts and tracking go to the email you used at checkout.

For help with a shop.gains.com order, email <a href="mailto:shop@gains.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">shop@gains.com</a>. The Messenger team cannot see standalone store orders.
