You can follow every Gains Shop order from purchase to delivery inside the app.
📦 Where to find your orders
Open the Shop and go to Orders. Each order shows its status, the items in it, and tracking links once it ships. Your order number starts with GA- followed by 8 characters, for example GA-7Q2M9K4T. It is on your receipt and in your order details.
🚚 What each status means
Processing: we received your payment and are preparing the order.
Awaiting Shipment: your items are being produced and packed.
Partially Shipped: some items are on the way, the rest follow separately.
Shipped: everything is on the way. Tap Track Item for carrier tracking.
Canceled: the order was canceled by Gains before shipping, for example for a payment issue. Orders cannot be canceled on request.
📬 Orders can arrive in more than one parcel
Items are made to order, so an order can ship in separate parcels. You get one shipping email for each parcel, each with its own tracking link. Tracking can take a little while to update after a parcel ships.
🌐 Orders from shop.gains.com
Orders placed on the standalone store do not appear in your Gains.com account. Look them up on shop.gains.com using your order number and the email you used at checkout.
