Every purchase from the in-app Gains Shop comes with free Sweeps Coins. Here is when they arrive and how they work.

The free Sweeps Coins for each item are shown on the product page and in your cart before you buy. The amount is based on the item prices in your order. Shipping and tax do not add coins.

Your Sweeps Coins are credited automatically the moment your payment completes. You do not need to wait for your order to ship. If your purchase shows as under review, the coins arrive once the purchase completes.

If your payment completed and you do not see your coins, log out and back in first. If they are still missing, contact us through the Messenger with your order number.

Sweeps Coins that come free with merch purchases carry a playthrough requirement before they can be redeemed for prizes. See Playthrough Requirement for how playthrough works.

Merch orders cannot be canceled on request. If Gains cancels an order, for example for a payment issue, or a payment is reversed, the Sweeps Coins that came with it may be removed from your account under the Sweepstakes Rules.

Purchases made on the standalone store at shop.gains.com are regular retail purchases and do not include Sweeps Coins. Only purchases made in the Gains Shop inside your Gains.com account come with free coins.
