Are the Games Fair? RTP and RNG Explained

How our games are tested and certified, how RTP works, and why results vary over time.

We want every game on Gains.com to be fair, transparent, and genuinely random. Here is how that works.

Where our games come from

All of our slot games come directly from top-tier, industry-leading providers, including Hacksaw, 3 Oaks Gaming, Evolution, NoLimit City, Ruby Play, and more. Each game is independently tested and certified by respected labs to confirm true randomness and fairness.

How RTP works

RTP (return to player) is the share of total wagers a game is designed to return to players over time. All of our slot games use the highest RTP configurations provided by the game providers, and we never modify them in any way. Every result is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG), so outcomes are based entirely on chance.

RTP is calculated over millions of spins, not a single session. Short-term results vary widely, so it is completely normal to have both winning and losing sessions. A streak that feels low or high does not mean a game is unfair. It is the natural variance of random outcomes measured over a very large sample.

Still think something looks off?

We understand a rough session is frustrating. If a specific game or result still does not look right, send us the game name with the date and time, and our team can review it against the provider logs.
