Make sure the referral qualifies
For both of you to be rewarded, all three have to be true:
Your friend signed up using your referral link.
They're a brand-new user with no prior Gains account.
They've purchased at least $100 in Gold Coin packages.
If any one of these isn't met yet, the reward won't release.
Pending vs. Completed
Your Referrals dashboard shows each referral as Pending (your friend signed up, but the conditions aren't all met yet — most often the $100 purchase) or Completed (all conditions met and the reward applied). A Pending referral isn't lost — it completes as soon as the remaining condition is met.
Credited but not redeemable yet?
