My Boost or Bonus Didn't Credit

The usual reasons a boost or promo bonus looks missing — an incomplete purchase, the boost not activated first, or bonus SC locked behind playthrough — and how to check.

If you bought a Gold Coin package with a boost or promo and the bonus Sweeps Coins (SC) look missing, it's almost always one of a few things. Run through these before you write in — you'll usually find it.


1. Did the purchase fully complete?

Bonus SC is applied automatically only when your payment fully completes. If the purchase failed or was voided, the boost won't apply and there's nothing to credit. See I Was Charged But Didn't Receive My Coins.


2. Was the boost activated before you bought?

A boost or promo has to be activated before you make the qualifying purchase, and the package usually has to meet the offer's minimum. If you purchased first and activated after, the boost won't apply to that purchase.


3. Is the bonus there, but locked?

Bonus SC almost always carries a playthrough requirement before it becomes redeemable — so it may already be in your balance, just not yet eligible to redeem. Check your wagering progress and the multiples in Playthrough Requirement.


4. Daily claim didn't go through?

Daily claims reset on a timer. If a claim didn't process, give it a moment and try again after the next reset.
