What If I Travel to a Restricted State?
If you are physically located in a restricted state, you will not be able to access or play on Gains.com, even if your account was created in an eligible state. Location checks run in real time. Once you leave the restricted state and are physically present in an eligible state, full access to the platform is restored.
If you’re registered in a restricted state but traveling in an eligible state, you can use the platform normally as long as your physical location is verified in an eligible state.
